We strive to be ethical in all our dealings, and to make the process of supplying you with what you want as simple and life enhancing as possible.
When you use our site or decide to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise on both sides. You must not make any purchase from us unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase.

We do not, as yet, have an online payment facility.
• To place an order, please send us your order and delivery requirements by email, accessed from the buttons on the products pages.
• We will then process your order and email you confirmation of product availability and the total amount payable, including packaging and your instructed delivery option (if you are not arranging to collect). Once you have made payment using EFT or direct bank deposit and confirmed this by emailing us proof of payment, we will proceed with the order. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
• Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact number are provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
• Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of your order and payment validation.
• Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time.
• Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
• Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
• For queries or information about ordering, or special order requirements, please contact us via email.
• If your order is delivered damaged in any way through shipment, you should not accept it from the carrier, and should contact us immediately via email. We will endeavour to replace the goods as soon as possible.
• If your order is incomplete or wrong through fault of ours, please contact us immediately via email, and we will endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
• Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us at your own cost, undamaged in the original packaging, within 14 calendar days. *
* Note: We recommend that you use a reputable carrier that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline for any returns. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
